John Walker at IKON

Birmingham's IKON gallery presents a major exhibition of new paintings by John Walker, one of the standout British abstract painters of the last 50 years. Inspired by the coastal landscapes of his home in Maine his “anti-scenic” paintings are fab.

Swan Lake – Birmingham Royal Ballet

Ballet’s greatest love story returns in Birmingham Royal Ballet’s lavish production of Swan Lake. Don’t listen to the haters, if you’ve never been to the ballet before this is a complete joy.

Touring Southampton, Salford, Birmingham, Sunderland and Plymouth from January to April 2020.
